Medical expenses are calculated at 30 yen per medical point that is designated by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
We accept Japanese Yen cash, Touch Payment Credit card, etc.

If you are covered by Japanese health insurance, an administration fee will be added to your medical bill.
First visit: ¥3,300 / Return visit: ¥1,100

4. TRICARE authorization is required for all TRICARE Prime.

8. Acts of violence, threat and harassment, etc. are strictly prohibited.

Prescription form expires after 4 days including the issued day. You can receive the prescriptions at the pharmacy 1F, but you need to pay in Japanese yen.
